Straight teeth, no braces
For over 5 years, Dr. Gledhill has been helping people achieve beautiful, straight, smiles; without the use of traditional metal braces.
How does Invisalign Treatment work?
Invisalign Treatment involves the use of clear aligners; custom-made for you, using 3D computer imaging technology. The aligners are virtually invisible and fit snugly over your teeth. Each aligner shifts your teeth slightly, moving them horizontally and vertically and even rotating them when needed. Your aligners are engineered to use the right amount of force in the right place at the right time.
When you change to the next set of aligners (typically every two weeks) your teeth gradually move into position, following a custom treatment plan mapped out by Dr. Gledhill.
Invisalign clear aligners are made of proprietary, multilayer SmartTrack® material to gently shift your teeth into place.
How long will it take?
The average time of an Invisalign treatment varies from patient to patient; however, most treatments can be completed in 9-15 months with the average number of clear aligners worn during treatment is between 18-30. Each set of aligners is worn for about two weeks, removing them only to eat, drink, brush, and floss. As you replace each aligner with the next in the series, your teeth will move — little by little, week by week — until they have straightened to their final positions. You'll visit us about once every six weeks to ensure that your treatment is progressing as planned.
How expensive is an Invisalign Treatment?
Your smile is an investment in yourself. The cost of Invisalign treatment is similar to braces, but that’s where the similarity ends. Invisalign clear aligners are removable and virtually invisible, so you can keep living your life and caring for your teeth throughout treatment the same way you always have.
Is Invisalign covered by my insurance?
Many insurance plans cover Invisalign treatment, just as they would any other orthodontic treatment plan. Be sure to talk with our Treatment Coordinators to see how you can use your orthodontic insurance coverage or FSA to cover the cost of your Invisalign treatment. Need more financing options?
